The USDA Forest Service is hosting public roundtables throughout April in locations around the country to engage stakeholders in dialogue about the development of a new Forest Service planning rule.    

 

At this site you can pre-register for a Rocky Mountain Region (Region 2) Planning Rule Roundtable:

 

Lakewood, Colorado April 12, at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel.

Noon to 1:00 p.m. Open House

1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Meeting

                        OR

5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Open House

6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Meeting (This evening session will be a repeat of the daytime session)

Cheyenne, Wyoming, April 14, at the Little America Hotel.

3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Open House

4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Meeting

 

Rapid City, South Dakota, April 21, at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel.

5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Open House

6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Meeting

There will be 3 additional informational meetings for which there is no pre-registration:

  • Laramie, Wyoming, April 13: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Fire station, 2374 Jefferson Street--this is a new location)
  • Sheridan, Wyoming, April15: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Bighorn Supervisor's Office, 2013 Eastside 2nd Street)
  • Cody, Wyoming, April 16: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Park County Library, 1500 Heart Mountain Street)

 

It may be more convenient for some Rocky Mountain Region stakeholders to attend the Roundtables in adjacent regions:
